Right of withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen), you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item.

How to withdraw:

1. Notify us that you wish to withdraw by emailing support@lejdholtatelier.com
2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us

Conditions for withdrawal

- The item must be returned in its original condition
- You may examine the item as you would in a physical store
- Any decrease in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item may be deducted from the refund

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping. We are happy to help you with inquiries regarding your return shipping, email us at: info@lejdholtatelier.com

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Claims and Warranty

Right to file a claim

In accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws, you have a 3-year right to file a claim. You must report the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it (reporting within 2 months is always considered a reasonable timeframe).

What is covered?

The right to file a claim applies to defects that were present at the time of delivery. Please note that for antiques and vintage items, normal wear and tear or conditions clearly stated in the product description do not constitute grounds for a claim.

How to file a claim

Contact us at support@lejdholtatelier.com and include:

-Order number
- A description of the defect
- Clear photos showing the defect

Actions for approved claims

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

- Repair (if possible)
- Price reduction
- Full refund

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not collected from the service point, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 450 SEK. This fee covers our actual costs for shipping, return shipping, packaging, and administrative handling. The remaining balance will be refunded once the item has been returned to the atelier and inspected. Please note that an unclaimed package is not legally considered a valid exercise of your right of withdrawal/return.
