What data do we collect?
When you make a purchase
When you shop with us, we collect:

- Email address
- Delivery address
- Billing address (if different from delivery address)
- Phone number (for delivery notifications)
- Order history
When you create a customer account
If you choose to create an account, we store:
- Name
- Email address
- Password (encrypted)
- Saved addresses
- Order history linked to your account
You can always shop without creating an account.
When you subscribe to our newsletter
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we store:

Who has access to your data?
We share your data with:
- Shopify – our e-commerce platform that stores order data
- Klarna – if you choose Klarna as payment method (they are data controller for their own credit assessment)
- PayPal – if you choose PayPal as payment method (they are data controller for their own payment processing)
- PostNord/DHL – to deliver your order
- FortNox – for invoicing and accounting
We never sell your data to third parties.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies for the webshop to function (shopping cart, checkout session). These do not require consent.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data (unless we are legally required to keep it)
- Object to certain processing
- Data portability – receive your data in a portable format

Your customer account
You can log in to your account at any time to:
- View and update your information
- View your order history
- Change saved addresses
If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact us at support@lejdholtatelier.com. We will then delete all account data, but retain order information required by accounting law for 7 years.
Account security
Your password is stored encrypted and we can never see it. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
Newsletter
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link in each email, or by contacting us.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your personal data, you can file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY): www.imy.se
